Elizabeth is a strategic, performance-driven executive with an expertise in the footwear, apparel and accessories categories across multiple channels. When joining RG Barry, Elizabeth brought a proven track record of achieving top and bottom line growth in public, private and PE-backed businesses, as well as a strong experience in
M&A transactions, integrations, and divestitures.

From start-up to hyper growth to revitalization, Elizabeth thrives as a front-line leader of critical decision-making,
strategy creation and solution building. With a strong background in process improvement, annual operating plans, accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management; no stone is left unturned by the high-performance, collaborative teams that Elizabeth builds and leads.

Prior to RG Barry Brands, Elizabeth was CFO of BaubleBar; she brings decades of experience in the fashion industry having worked for companies including Vineyard Vines and Timberland.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire and a Master’s of Business Administration from Bentley University.
