Matt Estey is Chief Operating Officer, leading the company’s Supply Chain, Information Technology, Planning, and Service areas. His focus is on cost-effective and high quality on-time delivery to customers, healthy asset productivity, and enabling an efficient data-driven culture.

Matt joined the company in 2021 and brings decades of experience in the footwear industry, having worked for companies including Timberland, Stride Rite, Clarks, Rockport, and Shoes.com.

Before joining RG Barry, Matt held several Senior Vice President and Vice President roles in supply chain, operations, planning, merchandising and strategy; supporting the wholesale, retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Matt has also led teams located in China, Korea, Japan, UK, Germany, Portugal, and Canada.
