Justine Suh is the Brand President of Dearfoams, a role she assumed in December 2024. As part of RG Barry’s Executive Leadership Team, she is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Dearfoams brand. Suh oversees all aspects of the brand’s business, including product merchandising, design, strategy, sales, marketing, and licensing operations.

Before joining Dearfoams, Suh served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Carter’s Inc.’s multi-billion dollar North America Retail division. She also held the role of Chief Merchandising Officer at Cole Haan and Vice President/Global General Merchandise Manager at Deckers Brands, where she drove product transformation, innovation, elevated brand prestige, and contributed to sustained growth.

Suh graduated with honors in Political Science from Wellesley College and earned her MBA as a Park Leadership Fellow from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management.
