Jocelyn is the President of Dearfoams where she leads the brand growth across omni channel sales, marketing and merchandising.

Jocelyn is an accomplished footwear executive with a track record for growing multi-million dollar businesses, building successful teams and delivering exceptional products.

Joining RG Barry Brands in 2021, Jocelyn quickly began to make an impact by leveraging her experience, as well as her keen understanding of today’s retail landscape along with her passion for fashion and retail.

Leveraging her prior experiences with lifestyle brands such as Sperry, Clarks and Earth, where she demonstrated her ability to position and grow brands, as well as her experience as SVP for The Donegar Group, Jocelyn is taking the Dearfoams comfort legacy to the next level.

Jocelyn is also a member of Delivering Good where she holds a seat on the associate board.

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Meredith College.
